We don't sell tours and don't take booking commissions. We hand you a plan you can act on directly. That keeps the recommendations honest.
Do you book the lodges and car?
No. We give you the plan and the booking order. You book directly or via an operator of your choice. We can recommend reliable local operators if you want to hand it off.
How long does the planning take?
First draft within about 7 working days, then 1–2 rounds of revisions. Allow 2–3 weeks end-to-end to get a finished plan.
What does "from €349" actually cover?
A full custom Namibia route from scratch with route, drive days, lodges, vehicle, and booking order. Bigger or more complex trips can scale up — we'll quote upfront, not after the fact.
Can you work with a fixed budget?
Yes. Tell us the budget up front and we'll design the route to land inside it. If the goals you describe genuinely don't fit the budget, we'll tell you that too — before you pay.
What if my dates change after we start?
Within reason, we re-plan around the new dates at no extra cost. Major scope changes (different country, different group) we'd quote separately.
